I think this was recorded by DJ Green Lantern (his weakness is gold) who was Hov’s touring DJ at the time, when he was promoting American Gangster (or maybe when he was touring the UK on his way to Glastonbury).

The live instrumentation makes it a great rendition of an already amazing song. So good.
