In case you’re wondering why there haven’t been any new Gossip Girl’s (or 90210’s or any other CW scripted’s) for the last few weeks, it’s because they started their season a month early (so that the network wouldn’t have to compete with the other networks for premiere ratings) and rather than ending early as well, advertisers wanted to make sure their ads would run during May sweeps, so the CW just took a whole month off.
