A quick word on the hamburger from Peter Luger pictured below: this burger is made from the ground and loosely packed remains of dry aged steaks and it tastes as good as any Luger’s steak— especially the charred outside of the patty. The bun is a really perfect consistency and the whole thing eats like a really hearty meal. I could not recomment this enough.
