Sometimes there’s a brief moment when you realize that what you didn’t know you wanted to eat the most in the entire world has just entered your mouth, I had that sort of epiphany this afternoon with a piece of truffled toast from ‘inoteca. There’s something about the perfectly baked eggs and fontina with soupy truffle oil greatness sitting on top of some spongy Blue Ribbon bread with bits of asparagus on the side that just makes me really really happy about life.
