This is a hot dog covered in foie gras and truffle aioli from Hot Doug in Chicago. It’s one of my favorite things of all time. I don’t ever take pictures of food, but I love this so much I want to remember it forever. What is the hotdog in the back? Who cares. It’s probably delicious, but not the foie one.
